As a Talent Development leader, I translate over a decade of experience in hospitality and performance training into high-impact growth strategies. Currently, I oversee the training and continuing education for 3,500+ officiating professionals at the USTA, where I apply a creative lens to solve complex developmental challenges and scale human potential.

Rosewood - Talent Development Manager

During my tenure with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, I treated talent development as a design challenge—aligning luxury standards with human potential. By applying a results-driven, creative approach, I ensured that every initiative wasn't just a process, but an elevated experience for our teams.

  • Onboarding Architect: Re-envisioned and launched the Discovery @ Rosewood program, creating a seamless, engaging entry point for all new hires.
  • Standards of Excellence: Developed hands-on training for Housekeeping teams, bridging the gap between technical execution and the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide & LQA standards.
  • The "Elevate" Initiative: Served as a key driver for brand standards, consistently promoting a culture of high-performance and meticulous attention to detail.
